Between lucid dreaming and sleep paralysis, between what's real and what's a dream

I worried about accidentally entering a sleep paralysis while I fell asleep on my back, and I wanted to turn to my stomach, but couldn't because I forgot to do it quickly. I started dreaming. Some guy I know in real life messaged me in a dream, the messages were like badly generated ai pictures of letters, all gibberish. Until I read one of them saying "I understand your art". And basically I scrolled down to read more and wanting to read since it was unusual for that person to message me, we never were so close. And so, I read his other messages and then the dream shifted, my mind back to only spectating, I was in my old home, someone spoke with me while I was in front of the exit. And then someone knocked on the door, I immediately went to open it. It was a girl I didn't recognize (or know in real life) but in the dream it was my dear friend and she was back from some vacation, she looked like some kind of Disney channel celebrity from 2010s. We were talking, I was EAGER to talk to her the way I want, but then I found myself dissociating, looking down and returning to spectator mod. Noticing my dissociation, she said "I guess... I have to go, I'm tired..." and I said "Okay" and I closed the door. As I went back inside, my head stumbled over a piƱata, and I was talking to a person I spoke to before she came to the door, saying "She said she was tired". Notice how I was restricted in a dream until... Scene changes, my phone poped up out of nowhere, only the phone and some other messages showing, the screen was purple. I READ THEM AND as I controlled the scrolling I realized it was a dream, I was like "Oh wow I'm dreaming" but then I was like "I'M DREAMING?! WHAT IF I STAY HERE FOREVER?!". Then I immediately felt myself laying on the bed and I had the urge to wake up. I had a feeling of my body un-numbing (as if million ants would walk on you, that feeling when some part of your body gets numb and then the blood flow gets in again and you feel it) the feeling was between that and goosebumps, hair getting up on your skin. I wanted to open my eyes but it didn't work, in that moment hearing myself hardly breathing in through nose. Then felt my toes and fingers, I moved my toes too suddenly and still not waking up, then I tried with fingers, moving carefully. Suddenly I opened my eyes. This is the biggest wtf and at the same time woah moment in my life.
