I had something between lucid dreaming and sleep paralysis again

I thought I was able to move, so I moved. I thought I moved in real life, but I only moved in my dream, feeling the same "electricity" through all my body. In the dream, I was reaching out for my phone, which was charging right next to me, but I didn't feel it, even though I thought I have reached for it. In the dream I had my eyes closed, I haven't seen nothing, so I thought I was experiencing sleep paralysis, but it was a dream... And I somehow escaped it. I tried the same technique of fingers moving, firstly I moved them in the dream and I was very confused, but then I somehow managed to wake up on my own. And I was laying on my back again. I was scared, but I feel back asleep quickly after turning on the side.
