Nightwalking

My mother said I nightwalked. I got up from bed, went out of my room and stood in the middle of the hallway, speaking some incomprehensible words. She said that my dad hugged me and told me to go to bed and so I did.

It happened to me before too, sometime around November in 2024. I did the same, I stood up, walked in the hallway, stood at the center and spoke. My father was there and he told me I was mentioning some machines, speaking about how we are all machines.

I probably sleepwalk when I'm anxious but I am not sure. From this nightwalk I have felt my bare feet being colder than they should be, meaning that I have indeed nightwalked.

This time it felt like total blank, but last time I did it, I felt like I dreamed.
