my own self-censoring when it comes to expressing in front of people who do not see my pov

Sometimes people just make me shut up and not daring to speak in front of them (or answer their question) because they ask me something that limits my wish to express my feelings to them that I was about to express. Even if I speak, it often leads me to saying something else that is much more less than the real problem of what's truly bothering me and when they give me the solution in an tone like "well, obviously..." i just feel disappointment. This often happens with the people that wouldn't understand the real point, if only they'd know my point of view and if only I had time and ease to describe my point of view.
